They undergo extensive training on both old and new products before they are allowed to commission, service or repair equipment. For ultimate peace of mind we offer a range of Service Contracts and Training Packages.

Pressurisation is a vital component in all heating and cooling systems. During the commissioning phase it is of the utmost importance that pressures are set correctly, alarms are properly configured and that the pre-charge pressures of the vessels are accurately adjusted to the system conditions.

Incorrect set up can lead to equipment failure and rapid corrosion of the entire system.

Pneumatex Degassing Systems

Vento – Pressure step degasser

Although not as critical as pressurisation, it pays to ensure that these units run consistently and reliably degass the system water. If they are not commissioned correctly or they fail in service, many air related problems can return in a short period of time causing nuisances
